Announcing My New Book on Meaning, Mindfulness & Reinvigorating Midlife & Wise Aging đź“–

I am excited to share this special announcement with you. Culminating 6 years of work, my new book, You’re Not Too Old, and It’s Not Too Late: Weekly Practices for Meaning, Mindfulness, and New Possibilities at Midlife and Beyond (MSI Press) was just released on January 28, 2026.

The second half of life is full of potential. This accessible 52-week companion invites us to reimagine midlife and wise aging with fresh possibilities, research-informed tools, and inspiring practices. You’ll discover “ah-ha” strategies and opportunities to tap into your inner strengths, ignite meaningful shifts, and inspire renewal toward greater flourishing.

If you’d like to order a copy, you may find one of these links helpful:

Amazon – paperback, eBook, audiobook

Barnes and Noble – paperback

MSI Press – paperback

It could be a nice gift for a friend, colleague, family member — anyone at midlife or wisely aging — who wants to chart a resilient, meaningful path through life. I hope this book will become a treasured companion for your journey and theirs.

I hope you find value in reading it, and I’d love your feedback! If you enjoy the book, I would appreciate it if you’d consider writing a review on Amazon.  It’s easy to do, and even just one sentence would be helpful to offer the book greater visibility.
